What form of payment do you accept? Do I need a PayPal account?

Although all transactions are processed via PayPal you don’t need to have a PayPal account to buy from our store. If you do have a PayPal account then feel free to use it otherwise we accept all major credit cards including Visa / MasterCard / Maestro / Delta / Electron / American Express / Eurocard & Debit (Bank) Cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo.

What size should I get?

We would suggest you buy the size you would usually wear but always double check our size chart (on all product pages) just to make sure you get the perfect fit. If you are still unsure on sizing, a good way is to grab a tape measure and check our dimensions against your favourite t-shirt.

As for the mugs... one size fits all, but for any nerdy types out there the dimensions are; 90mm in height with a 75mm diameter and a capacity of 270ml.

What kind of quality are your T-Shirts?

Great consideration was taken over quality and fit with Continental's 100% cotton Fair Wear Foundation combed jersey (165g) coming out favourite. It's a great weight shirt with a nice soft handle.

All t-shirts are screen printed using water based inks, not only is this eco-friendly but it gives a lovely soft finish. Although there will be some fading over time, the print stands up very well and in our humble opinion, both look and feel, improve with age.

When washing your treasured t-shirt turn inside out. Wash with similar colours, in a cool 30-degree wash. Re-shape whilst damp. Turn T-Shirt inside out iron on cool.

Do not bleach! Do not tumble dry! Do not dry clean!

The mugs are made of porcelain and are microwave and dishwasher safe.

Why does everything look monochrome?

A great deal of effort went into displaying as accurately as possible the whole array of product colours that appear on However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. If you're still not confident with your monitor's colour accuracy please follow this guide; the light areas are white, the dark areas are black and the not so dark areas are grey.

How much is postage/shipping?

The best way to find out the shipping cost on your transaction is to place an item in the basket and select your chosen destination from the drop down menu. The postage will be automatically added to the total.

Merchandise will be sent 1st class within the UK. Airmail is used for International Shipping and then dealt with by your respective countries postal service once it has left the UK. For International customer's additional tax and duties may apply. These are determined by the destination country and any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We will do our utmost to get your order shipped within 2 working days of it being placed, although sometimes this process can take up to 5 days. For all UK deliveries please allow a further 4-5 days for your package to arrive. International orders can take anything up to 3-5 weeks as your order may get held up in customs along the way.

My T-Shirt has turned up but my mug hasn’t?

Although processed at the same time, both are sent separately due to the protective packaging of the mugs. Sit tight it should be with you in a few days.

What is your returns policy?

All sales are final. That said, we want you to be happy with your order, so if for any reason you need to return an item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your items to arrange an exchange. Please do not send us the item back without emailing us first as your return may not get processed.

Unless the product is faulty on receipt or suffers damage during shipment all return and replacement shipping costs will be your responsibility. Any returned items are also your responsibility until it reaches Humili-T. We recommend that you get proof of postage or send via a trackable method. Exchanges are processed within 3 working days of receipt of the returned items.

All merchandise must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was sent with the same labels and packaging. Please include a copy of the original invoice. We cannot exchange goods that have been damaged or marked whilst being tried on (deodorant, kebab, guyliner etc.) or that have been damaged by you after receipt (using a sharp object to open your package etc). We will not be able to exchange returned items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Can we stock Humili-T products in our store?

Yes of course but we do screen all companies that wish to carry Humili-T, making sure that our companies complement each other. Contact us with a little bit about your company and yourself and we can take it from there.
